Donations

The Art Department welcomes donations that directly support our students’ educational needs. All donations must follow the guidelines below.

Donation Policy

Acceptable Donations

• New or gently used art materials
• Large equipment (accepted only on a case-by-case basis)

Requirements

• All donations must receive prior approval from the Department. Items delivered without approval will not be accepted.
• An itemized list of all materials must be submitted prior to receiving the donation. “Miscellaneous” or unsorted supplies will not be accepted.

Unacceptable Donations

The Department does not accept the following items under any circumstances:

• Open or partially used paints, inks, pastels, charcoal, or other media
• Used pens, pencils, markers, or paper pads
• Dried, expired, or contaminated materials
• Drawing tables, desks, easels, chairs, shelving, or other studio furniture
• Storage cabinets, filing cabinets, or lockers
• Books, or magazines
• TVs, computer monitors, or desktop computers
• Outdated or non-functioning digital equipment
• Jewelry-making supplies (beads, wires, findings, etc.)
• Sewing machines, yarn, knitting, or crochet supplies
• Scrapbooking materials, stamps, or stickers
• “Grab bags” or unsorted boxes of miscellaneous supplies
• Items in poor, broken, or unusable condition

How to Donate

Please fill out the donation form below to request approval before bringing items to the Department. Only donations that have been approved through this process will be accepted.
